FIRM HISTORY PRINCIPALS OF THE FIRM PROJECT FILE commercial recreational research facilities residential   institutional educational religious theatre		This residence is built on a large rural property northeast of Toronto. DLIA renovated an existing house for use by the family while the large addition was being built. The new expanded residence includes about 18,000 sq. Ft. of space incorproating a gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances and a pizza oven, an indoor Muskoka style swimming pool and a home theatre in addition to the living spaces on three levels. The orientation of the house takes advantage of views over a man-made pond and to the forest area on the west side of the property.
