This residence is a listed historical property located
in the midtown Toronto area. Additions were placed at the front entrance and
at the rear of the house to blend in with its historic character. The front
addition replaces a previous one that was unrelated to the detailing of the
house. It contains a new ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom on the
second floor over a covered front porch. The rear addition contains a
breakfast/seating area providing expansive views over the open green space. |
